If this community, or communities, helped you feel safe enough and loved enough to take this step, then they've been a success beyond any of our wildest imaginations. I don't have much more to offer; I'm not you, I don't know you, and in any case I'm kind of a doofus. But maybe it's worth saying that there's no "wrong" way to be trans, as I understand it. Whether you want to take it slowly, step by step, or just dive in, I'm sure everyone whose opinion is worth caring about will understand.
